#FridayFranceOlympics-James Crawford’s Cap and Blazer from the 1936 Berlin Summer Olympics

For this week’s #FridayFranceOlympics, we are showcasing James Crawford’s Cap and Blazer from the 1936 Berlin Summer Olympics. Crawford was a Scottish footballer who played for Queen’s Park and won ten Scotland amateur caps. He was chosen for the Great Britain Team and played in both matches. These games were televised for the first time, with three cameras onsite. This was also the first time the torch relay was introduced, and more than 3000 athletes from seven countries participated.
