Getting here

The stadium is a 10 minute walk from Mount Florida station and a 15 minute walk from King’s Park station. Trains run to and from Glasgow Central from both Mount Florida and King's Park stations.

Mount Florida is a little nearer the stadium entrance at approximately 0.5 miles of a distance between the two. The station has step-free access to and between all platforms, via level access, lifts or ramps (in accordance with new-build standards re gradient/length).

First Glasgow operate the following bus services to and from the city centre on a regular basis:

5 , 6, 7, 7A, 31, 34, 90.

The stadium is located 5 minutes' drive from Junction 1A of the M74.  Exit onto Polmadie Rd/A728 and follow as it merges onto Aikenhead Road. The stadium car park is on your right and is signposted.

If you are looking to charge your electric vehicle, there are a limited number of charging points available in our car park on a first-come, first-served basis.

There are 4 designated accessible parking bays in the level access car park less than 20 metres from the main entrance. There is a dropped kerb from the parking to the entrance options and there is only a very gentle downward slope included as part of this way. There are cycle racks situated under exit stairwells 36 and 44 at the front of the South Stand, either side of the main entrance steps. To plan your route please visit cyclestreets.net.

Please note that locks are not provided and no responsibility will be taken by the Scottish FA for any loss or damage to your bicycle.

Walking to or from the stadium and the city centre will take you around 45-50 minutes. 

Directions from George Square

• Start at South Frederick Street
• Turn left onto Ingram Street
• Turn right onto Glassford Street
• Continue onto Stockwell Street
  • Slight right to stay on Stockwell Street
• Continue onto Gorbals Street
• Continue onto Cathcart Road
• Turn left onto Aikenhead Road
  • Slight right to stay on Aikenhead Road
• Continue straight on at crossroad with Prospecthill Road
• Stadium car park and main stadium entrance will be on the right and is signposted

This can also be a great way to soak up the atmosphere on event days and dependent upon which section of the ground you are heading for, there are a couple of options when you are on Aikenhead Road. You can view the best walking route for you on Google Maps.

Glasgow Airport

Glasgow Airport serves most major international airlines and there are currently 28 daily services to London.

The First 500 shuttle bus service runs from the airport to Glasgow city centre up to every 10 minutes, 24 hours a day, and takes approximately 25 minutes.

The First 747 Airlink service runs from the airport to Glasgow city centre via Braehead Shopping Centre and Partick Interchange.

Partick Interchange serves a number of areas in Glasgow via rail, subway and bus connections.

Glasgow Airport also has an SPT Travel Desk, located at Domestic Arrivals, where staff can provide you with details of buses and taxis.

Prestwick Airport

Prestwick Airport is predominately served by Ryanair flights that fly to and from 27 European destinations. It is the only airport in Scotland with its own dedicated train station and sits on the main line to Ayr from Glasgow Central station. It is approximately 45 minutes by train from Prestwick to Glasgow Central station. There are also bus and coach services to and from Glasgow. There is a welcome desk, where staff can provide you with further details and information.

Edinburgh Airport

Edinburgh Airport is located 5.8 miles (9.3 km) West of Edinburgh city centre. Scottish Citylink provides direct services from Edinburgh Airport to Glasgow every 30 minutes. Lothian Buses provides public transportation to Edinburgh Airport with the Airlink100 express bus from Edinburgh city centre as well as local bus services.

The route to Edinburgh Airport is served 24 hours a day and takes approximately 25 minutes. West Coast Motors in conjunction with Scottish Citylink, provides a service from Edinburgh to Glasgow’s Buchanan Bus Station called Citylink Air.
